The development consists of a two-storey villa of approximately 150 m², built adjacent to an existing family home from the late 1990s. The villa features a large, unified gable roof that shelters various volumes, arranged according to a square grid. This fragmented composition, unified by the roof, allows the design to embrace the site's diagonal axis.
The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, open-plan kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom/office. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and a mezzanine, while the basement houses the utility room, laundry room, and a spacious cellar.
With its entirely wooden structure and façades, a large roof featuring both thermal and photovoltaic solar panels, and an air-to-water heat pump system, the building meets the criteria for the THPE (Très Haute Performance Energétique) label.
